If you're missing Adrian Colyer's "the morning paper" as much as I do, you might like "It Will Never Work in Theory" (neverworkintheory.org/). It concentrates on how we make : how do we make reviews? How do we find bugs? How do we fix them?

It's also daily, not weekly, so can be a bit of a firehose. And it doesn't actually re-tell the papers; instead, it summarizes them. Still a good read though.

IMHO the best article so far is about the connection between release cycle length and the time it takes to ship a bugfix: neverworkintheory.org/2021/08/
