Things I'm trying to fix on myself:
When making comments about broken code, instead of "You did this, which is wrong", I try to use "The code does this, which is wrong".
The person is not the problem, the code is.
@juliobiason I usually refer to what the code is doing as what "we" are doing, to the same end (avoid sounding like an accusation), but I think your wording is better. I think it sounds less forced and more objective
