Amber Brown: Batteries Included, But They're Leaking

I understand some of Brown points about STL -- why Tkinter is there? -- and I feel that the STL should actually provide the foundation for libraries.

Also, some of the points are weird: Yeah, data classes make `attr` life harder, but that's because data classes are actually _cleaner_ than `attr`.

If there is a need for something better but library authors are not getting into it, who should fix it?
