"Let's take Twitter comments and turn them into a metal song" is a dumb idea, which makes me even more surprised that Pete Cottrell pulled it off. The music is nice, and the lyrics are like an unintentional parody on the entire genre. Imagine Dethklok and Nanowar of Steel going through the random number generation; that's the feel.

It's hard to be a metal-head when you're a medieval bard.

@minoru I'm now wondering how to con a metal band to perform songs where the lyrics are Linux kerne source code comments.

@liw Kernel comments might be a touch too tragic and despondent even for a black metal band, I fear. The SPDX header would have made for a nice chorus though.
