I meant the feedback should not be instant. The data coming from the sensor need to be averaged.

No it won't be hard: moving average should be OK. More importantly, there need to be a convenient gesture(s) devised.
@amiloradovsky Have you ever used your phone in a tram, bus or train, when it was bumped around like crazy? It would not work well there.
