@amiloradovsky#Ocsigen is a large framework with many uses. It really depends on what you wish to do. I've used the #TyXML module and it wasn't too steep.
…Three weeks later, I can hope to make it serve a simple page from Debian 9 / VPS @ Gandi.net (for 10+ EUR/mo.), after all the failures* with Guix, Nix, and Arch, and also some self-hosting pitfalls. — Not much. But at least now I can start learning (experimenting with) it. There are lots of things I'm not yet familiar with as it turns out, mainly regarding the infrastructure.
