Speaking of music, you were talking earlier about someone who was learning a new song, but they never went back to correct wrong notes, they just kept playing.
I was reading a website yesterday that explicitly *encourages* this! "Don't worry if you hit a wrong note, just play". Maybe it's just a new way of teaching, but I don't know how effective it is.
"English mugs other languages in dark alleys and rifles through their pockets for loose grammar and spare vocabulary."
If you scroll up, it plays a song and music video and it's just ridiculous but satisfying at the same time.
As for the article itself, it's not dangerous, but it's not my cup of tea.
#Texinfo has a *lot* of functions, and is the kind of language I'd usually get mad about, but I actually like it.
Like, 'info texinfo' is one of the few examples of well-written documentation!
I was able to find everything I needed to write and generate my docs in just a few minutes.
It was very nice, and goes to show that good documentation can sometimes totally redeem a bit of bloat.
I'm mumbling about distributing a blog through #syncthing
I'd publish the id of a folder conatining my blog
How crazy is that ?
Am sad (general)
I'm not the kind of guy who cries, but lately I've just been crying over everything.
I don't know if it's a hormone imbalance, or depression, or if second puberty is kicking in, but there's no reason to be this sad.
Well *no reason* besides the whole "I'm gonna die alone before I accomplish anything" thing, but that's nothing new!
I'm a UNIX user from Alberta, Canada, and I'm a failing computer scientist who works in LISP and Ada.
Half of what you say will go over my head but I'll act like I have a solution.
